BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1730 and 1732 Gunbarrel Road, being off the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road northeast of Ziegler Road. Part of lots 5 and 8, Pinewood Acres Resubdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 53, page 279, ROHC; being part of the property described in deed book 4003, page 303, ROHC, and part of the property described in deed book 4768, page 377, ROHC; and being all of said lots 5 and 8 currently zoned R-1. Tax Map No. 159H-B-9.2 (part), and 26 (part). from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone. 0C SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1.
